How quickly will I hear back?
Emails and form enquiries are answered within one working day. If it is urgent — an HMRC deadline or a penalty notice — call 0116 4030595 and we will deal with it the same day where we can.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Most of our clients work with us entirely online — you send records digitally and we handle the rest. The Leicester office is there if you would rather sit down with someone in person.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first call is a no-obligation chat about your situation, what HMRC expects from you and what it would cost to put right. You will get a fixed price before any work starts.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes, and it is straightforward. We write to your current accountant for professional clearance and handle the handover of records — you do not need to have an awkward conversation.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal for a first chat. It helps if you know your business type (sole trader, landlord, limited company), roughly what you turn over, and whether you are already registered for VAT or Making Tax Digital.
